Will The Money Come Back?

More news about the tariffs. So as we know lots of small business owners are filled with worry, curiosity and confusion about what's going on with Trump and his decisions about the new tariffs. Well if you havent heard now  two federal courts have ruled that Trump has overstepped on his authority in ordering the tariffs. But what about the extra money these people had to scrounge up to get their shipments? Will they get that money back? Apparently a lot of businesses have been trying or have sued the Trump Administration regarding these tariffs. According to NPR “Late Wednesday, the U.S. Court of International Trade struck down many of Trumps tariffs ruling in favor of 12 states and five businesses”. “Also on Thursday, a second federal court blocked Trump's authority to unilaterally impose tariffs, ruling in favor of two Illinois toy importers.” It looks like the White House does plan to appeal, they even “Promise” to appeal.
